Fitbit not honoring tie in promo with Google store.

I purchased a pixel 8 phone from the Google store. It it advertised to come with 6 months of Fitbit premium for new and returning users. It's is a tie in promo with the Google store. I have contacted Fitbit and Google store extensively and neither will help me. Anyone else have this issue?

I have had the same and no one from any side of Google (Fitbit included) are willing to help and just pass me around from department to department. I have never had a premium trial in the past too, so they cannot even use that as the excuse. It looks like the trial is over now in the UK, although it is still advertised everywhere (not just the Google Store but also other Pixel 8 retailers).
