I let my premium expire yesterday and did not review and now I’m not getting a sleep score at all, only time spent asleep and awake. Has it change now where I have to get premium to get a sleep score?? That wasn’t the case before

@Jordnlyn A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate the details mentioned. Sleep score is still a free feature, in order to see a sleep score you must have sleep stages. If you're not seeing sleep stages, please see below the scenarios where you'll get only a sleep pattern:
Keep in mind that, it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

My sleep score stopped appearing about 3 weeks ago, after years of seeing it everyday. I assumed that some sensor broke on my Versa. I went and bough a Versa 2 ($120). I got a sleep score for 2-3 days. It has now stopped again. Interaction with your online tech support didn’t help. They just read the basics. I would like a straight answer about this. I will also say that moving this feature behind a pay wall will result in a list customer for you, not an annuity stream.
