Fitbit premium auto renewed despite me cancelling the subscription before renewal date

Hi. I bought my Sense and it came with a free 6 month Fitbit premium. Ended on 25/10/2022. I’ve already cancelled it before that date to prevent from auto renewal however today I got charged for monthly membership. I’ve already checked my subscription in my Fitbit app before that and today and it says subscription ended 25/10.. I also checked in my apple account > subscription and it also said the same thing. So why am I still being charged ??! I want out please ! This is so frustrating!!!!’

Sorry.. the subscription ended 15 October 2022. And I was charged on 25/10 for monthly subscription renewal.
