Fitbit premium cancelled but still charged with NO REFUND !

When my ionic was recalled I had a new watch and a 1yr free premium offer which I took. The day after the new watch arrived I cancelled the premium so as not to get charged when the free year finished,today I have just been charged for the premium and when I got in touch to explain I have already cancelled it and asked for a refund I have been told there won't be a refund because that's not fitbits policy I find this very unfair how can I speak to someone higher up about this because I've looked and I don't appear to be the first person this has happened to

Hi, @SunsetRunner , speak to your credit card company.  Tell them it was an unauthorised charge.
