Fitbit premium how to update credit card info?

I got a new credit card? How do I update for my monthly premium payment?

Hi there @Lilmags, thanks for taking the time to join in to the community!

You can update your payment method by doing some simple steps: 

• Go to fitbit.com > click the account icon and log in with the email address connected to your Fitbit Premium subscription.
• Click on my Account > My Subscriptions.
• Click a subscription to expand the details.
  • To cancel your subscription, click Cancel > CancelSubscription > Close. Your subscription status changes to “Canceled.”
  • To update your payment method, click Update Payment Method > enter your new payment information > click Save > click Close. Your new card is listed under Billing Details.

I have now tried that for days, when i choose update payment information, the page is greyed out and a loading site wheel just turns around, nothing happening, have tried with different wifis and with different browsers on laptop and on phone both wifi and 4G, what to do?

@virentis I was under the impression that all billing happened through the Google Play store or Apple Store, so I would check there.

Hello Heather and thanks for your reply, im from Norway and used the fitbit.com site to register for premium, there is no where on play store i can buy premium for fitbit. But thank you for replying 🙂

@virentis To register for Premium, that should be done through the Fitbit app. Try this:

• From the Today screen, tap your profile photo in the upper left-hand corner
• Scroll down to Account Settings
• Tap on Manage Subscriptions - This will open up your Google Play store. Follow any prompts to renew your Premium.

Hello Heather i tried what you said, when doing so i dont get up any subscription there only apps recommended for me, fitbit is not one of them, but thank you for the help 😊 when i bought premium i did so through the fitbit.com site.
