Fitbit premium trial offer disappeared after watch upgrade

Hello. I just upgraded my watch to a charge 4 and was planning on signing up for the premium 3 month trial with the new watch but when I logged into the app, the trial was gone. Instead there is a discount on the service. Do I no longer qualify for the free trial? I would like to check it out before I pay for the extra service.

I tried logging out of the app. I also did a force stop and cleared the cache. I then restarted my phone. I still only have the percentage off of the premium service. I can confirm that the 3 month free trial was there previous to purchasing the new watch. I would appreciate some help with this. Thank you.
