I started Premium trial from Fitbit Australia site. Today Fitbit automatically charged my credit card to continue the subscription without my confirmation. And there's nowhere to check or change my subscription status or period.
I contacted their support and they behaved arrogantly and said there's no way to refund and can only help me to stop the next subscription. Again, when they said they have stopped my subscription, I had nowhere to check the actual status. Could it be that I had to cancel my credit card just to make sure Fitbit will never rob me again?

i was just told cancelling the account wont stop the subscription

In order to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription, it has to be done from the store where it was purchased from.
