Fitstar Yoga - closed down: where is my refund?

I have been a customer of Fitstar Yoga (Apple app) for over five years. If was taken over by Fitbit some years ago. A few months ago I received an email telling me that Fitstar Yoga was closing down. 

The Fitbit website tells me that I should receive a refund. I paid upfront for a full year and only received 3 months. This is the page on the Fit bit site saying I should get a refund:
