Fitstar Yoga stuck on Go Premium

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had Fitbit premium for almost 4 months now and I’ve been doing Yoga through the app for almost two.

I've never been a free member, always premium.

Since this afternoon my Yoga work out is stuck on ”go premium”  - if I click on premium, it shows I am premium.

I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled but it's still stuck. I can do all the freestyle workouts though.

Please rectify.

Hi there,

Please could someone assist me with this?

It's so frustrating having a product you pay for no longer working.

Honest Opinion: The app isn't being properly maintained and you get lots of issues, and then weird reasons why it doesn't work.

I've had the response, and seen other users post, saying support said that Yoga app and Fitbit isn't the same subscription and they will allow yours to run. Something like that. It's obviously a bug that's not getting fixed as the app doesn't get maintained.

Great app, such a shame about the support. I've since moved to another yoga app because I refuse to pay for something that is buggy.

I’m still having this issue.  All I need is to understand how you purchase FitStar yoga premium.  Every time I try, it just routes me to Fitbit Coach and says I’m already a premium member.

I acknowledge that I’ve been told they’re different subscriptions.  But the App, at least for me, isn’t treating it that way.
