Flu, high fever and a readiness score of 100

I synced my Fitbit Luxe this morning and had to laugh. With the flu, a fever of 39,3C (around 103F) and RHR around 7-8 above normal, the Fitbit app gives me a readiness score of 100 and tells me to get going. No thanks!

@EverOptimistic  I'm with you on this.  My readiness score has been between 94-100 for the last three days.  I have COVID.  Yeah, I'm going to get going -- straight back to bed!  Get well soon!
