I forgot to cancel my premium membership, and got charged. I have being requesting the team to reconsider a refund as I never used any premium benefits or account. I was not notified either of my deduction. I subscribed via fitbit app and paid via Google pay. Its disappointing as both Google and fitbit won't refund me my money. Any suggestions?
