Recently received fitbit aspire 2 which is meant to come with 1 years free premium. When I click on to subscribe for premium on the app I'll get an error with transaction failed. The app knows its meant to be free as its showing the discounted price.
I've tried taking a look at ways people may have fixed this issue before and I've done what I can. I have logged out, cleared cache, forced stopped the app and uninstalled it and still nothing.
Not sure if anyone knows of an up to date fix for this or can point me in the right direction?
