Both my husband and I both have Charge 5s. I registered for the free premium trial on mine. It is now active. My husband's Charge 5 says he is eligible but when he gets to the 'select monthly/yearly subscription screen' it says he is not eligible for the free trial. How can I fix this? Neither of us have used the free trial before.
