Hi,
My Charge 5 should have a 6 months free premium. It only is 3 months. Contacted the helpdesk twice and did is suggested. No changes.
Any suggestions?

Weird, never seen this issue. Tweet to Fitbit & Google. They are faster to respond there in my experience.
