Get Fit Bingo not matching actual activity

I've started a Get Fit Bingo challenge but it doesn't seem to be syncing with the stats on my app... For example, yesterday I got 62 active minutes, which showed up on my Fitbit and on my app, but in the Bingo challenge, only 32 minutes appeared.

Anyone have any suggestions?

 

I wear an inspire HR and am an android user.

@Jmilt It's nice to see new faces around! Sorry for the delay in my response.

Let me help you with your Get Fit Bingo not reflecting your activity. There was an issue with this feature but it has been fixed by the team by now. If you still don't see the tiles correctly reflecting your data then try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I also moved your post to the correct board as this is part of our premium features.

Mine is also not working... I tried logging out of the app, restarting my phone then logging back in and it still wont display the accurate active minute on my bingo board.

Mine hasn't synced any activity to the Get Fit Bingo either, and it still shows it as "starts in less than 1 hr" even though it started hours ago and the clock is still counting down. I tried logging out of the app and restarting my phone and logging back in, but that didn't fix anything.

I do not think it has been fixed as I have the same issue. I noticed it yesterday when I worked out for 45 minutes and the game only game me 20 min. This morning, I only have 1 min. 

 

I went back my days and realized that the first day of the challenge I only got 25 min even though I had 49 minutes of activity.

I just bought Inspire HR and my activity won’t sync to bingo challenge, everything was fine until I updated my Apple iPhone yesterday, and I did turn phone off and logged out of app, I think there is problem with Apple new update and bingo challenge please look in to it thanks

I am also experiencing this issue on my android. Logging out and restarting has not worked. Have any new solutions been found?

I reset my tracker to company settings and then again connect it back, it
works perfect now, and since u sync it to ur app you won’t lose any of ur
activity or steps they are synced to ur app. You can watch some YouTube
videos find out how to reset to factory settings. I hope it helps. Good luck

I’m having an opposite problem. Today I walked and I cleaned my car. In total I got 151 active minutes, but when I go to see my stats on bingo it’s giving me almost three times as many active minutes (454). Bingo only started at 10 this morning so I definitely haven’t gotten that many active minutes..

It's good to hear that you're participating in the Get Fit Bingo Challenge. For a limited time, it's even easier to flip an active minutes or Active Zone Minutes tile. Earn bonus minutes inside the challenge and use them to flip tiles. This won't change how many active minutes you accumulate outside the challenge. You can more information about it in the Game rules.

This is exactly what I experience. Active minutes or double, sometimes triple the actual rate.

The reason why you're receiving more active minutes on the Get Fit Bingo challenge is because, for a limited time, it's even easier to flip an active minutes or Active Zone Minutes tile. Earn bonus minutes inside the challenge and use them to flip tiles. This won't change how many active minutes you accumulate outside the challenge. You can more information about it in the Game rules.

@AlvaroFitbit:   We are thinking this is still having some challenges.  I've been invited to/started a few Bingo Challenges and activity is not syncing.  This is across varying Fitbit models with a Versa and an Inspire and with Android.

Hi I'm still having this problem. I've logged out of the app and back again as well as restarting my phone. Please can you advise?

I am having this same issue. I have tried, turning off Bluetooth, deleting app form phone, restarting phone, redownloading and still have the same issue 😞

Experiencing the same. Had to quit four bingo challenges this week so far due to the same problems.

i have done the phone restart and uninstalling/installing app as well with no success 😔
