Get Fit Bingo not matching actual activity

I've started a Get Fit Bingo challenge but it doesn't seem to be syncing with the stats on my app... For example, yesterday I got 62 active minutes, which showed up on my Fitbit and on my app, but in the Bingo challenge, only 32 minutes appeared.

Anyone have any suggestions?

 

I wear an inspire HR and am an android user.

I've been having this issue this week too. The first challenge I started last week worked well, now I start the challenge but all of our group says that it continues to say the challenge will start in X hours even though the start time has passed already.  Any suggestions?  This is the only challenge that works for our group as our numbers are about 35 and other challenges are limited to 10 players.

I'm still experiencing this problem. I will put 5,000 steps on, and it syncs on my app, but those steps do not reflect in the bingo challenges. Or they do, but hours later. Restarts, reboots, Bluetooth toggling, logging out...nothing helps.  I've lost many challenges because I haven't been able to sync my steps, miles, or activity to the challenges. This problem caused me to (1) cancel my premium membership and (2) walk back plans to get the newer model device. If the challenges aren't responsive, what is their benefit?

Do you have more than one fitbit device syncing on your phone app? I found that once I disconnected (unlinked) one of mine from the account, it has worked ever since after that.

I just bought the Sense and I’m having the same issue. The challenges are meant to be fun and motivating but when you lose because the app isn’t syncing correctly it’s frustrating.

Hi, this is still an issue. I followed every suggestion provided, two times and my data is still not syncing to the challenge.

Do you have more than one device linked to your app? I had to remove my other device for it to work and I’m not even sure that is what got it to match either.

Update: Now I opened the app again and it worked hahaha, but it took much time!

I found the problem resolved itself once i disconnected on of my two fitbits from the app ... then, things sync'd up nicely

I know this is an old topic but I thought the same thing was happening to me yesterday.   Someone clarified that it only counts your steps/activity from the time the game starts until it ends. So if the game starts at 8am it doesn’t count the steps from midnight to 7:59. 

it makes sense now. Mine was showing only half of what the regular Fitbit numbers were.

Hi! That's true, but my problem was that during the Bingo game it didn't count things correctly. But afterwards it worked anyways. : )
