Get Fit Bingo trial not syncing or disappearing

I just want to point out to the Fitbit community there is a new challenge listed under Premium Challenges titled Get Fit Bingo. Currently it is a trial version.

I discovered Get Fit Bingo when one of my Fitbit friends invited me to the challenge. 

I really like the format as it pushes one to complete specific goals within the game in order to win Bingo

I hope this does not end up as a Premium member only challenge meaning I have to pay $80 fee just to have this challenge added. Yes I am aware of the other Premium benefits included in this fee, but so far not impressed enough to join. 

It would be nice if this will be offered for ALL Fitbit wearers as I have been wanting additional challenges to be added. I am bored with the same old stuff

I hope others who have discovered this new challenge will feel the same way

as far as the chatting goes - to get around that - we started a Workweek Hustle and a Weekend warrior with the same group of people - so we chat on those about the Bingo.

I hope they keep Bingo for anyone with Fitbit [not just preium] we are all enjoying the new challenges.  but the chatting is one of the GREAT benefits of the challenges so I hope they let us chat on bingo also.

I was on a iwatch challenge and that was a drawback of iwatch - they only let you talk to one person at a time on your team - so if you wanted everyone to know - you had to type it three times. Pain in the butt.

I don’t think it’s just me that it’s not syncing for as no one seems to have made any progress for a day or so. Must be a glitch. I’m in a new one and that’s syncing okay for now. I’m not even sure how I got added into the first one so can’t start another challenge as there is maybe only one friend in it.

There are 5 in our Bingo challenge and the steps, minutes and miles have stopped syncing for last 3 days. Any one have a fix for this yet?

Question:

When I start a new Bingo - and invite others - If they don't accept for a couple of hours, will their activities start, when they accept? or when I started the bingo challenge??

I know in the old challenges it does it for what you did all day, even if you didn't accept until evening.

I know I started the Bingo at 4:30 in the afternoon - so I know it doesn't go back to all day, but... if someone accepted it at 9:30 at night, would it add their activities from 4:30 in the afternoon, since that was when I invited them and started the Bingo??

My wife and I are having the same problem as most of you above. We had the trial version of bingo on our app, I started a game of bingo and invited her. Everything was fine till we flipped our first disks. After that point the game no longer syncs. Our daily progress still syncs, along with all the other games we are in, weekly, 30 day challenge. It’s just the bingo game hat has stopped working.

Mine stopped updating too. Any fixes? My dashboard is syncing fine but my bingo challenge page is stuck with the same stats for the last couple of days

Select view all under your premium challenges and it will show!

Even though Get Fit Bingo is a Premium feature, I am moving this thread to the Challenges and Adventures forum -- because of the number of users who are having syncing problems.  I think it is a better fit and it might help get attention to the syncing issues.

Same issue, stats are not syncing at all. It’s tremendously frustrating and seems like something Fitbit should have fixed by now since it’s sort of critical to the functioning of the feature....

I must admit I’m enjoying Fit Bingo.  Not having any issues syncing, etc...

As far as I can tell, once the challenge countdown begins, it doesn’t start giving you credit for anything you do until the minute you accept the offer. That means you start out at zero 3 hours later than anyone else, even if you were running for all 3 of those hours. I wish I knew how to get feedback so they could change this. Doesn’t seem fair that you don’t get credit for everything you do from the start of the challenge. If you’re late accepting the challenge, it’s almost impossible to catch up with everyone else.

Me too. So annoying. Active minutes sync fine on the home page, but don't sync in the bingo game. This happened both times I've been invited to play.

I am in one of the bingo challenges now and my activity won’t update in it for me to be able to flip the tiles. My dashboard shows the steps I got today but within bingo it is the same amount of steps I had the night before.

Same here..I’m in 3 challenges but don’t accrue steps, exercise time or km and haven’t for the last 10 days..I like the bingo concept if it worked
