Get Fit Bingo trial not syncing or disappearing

I just want to point out to the Fitbit community there is a new challenge listed under Premium Challenges titled Get Fit Bingo. Currently it is a trial version.

I discovered Get Fit Bingo when one of my Fitbit friends invited me to the challenge. 

I really like the format as it pushes one to complete specific goals within the game in order to win Bingo

I hope this does not end up as a Premium member only challenge meaning I have to pay $80 fee just to have this challenge added. Yes I am aware of the other Premium benefits included in this fee, but so far not impressed enough to join. 

It would be nice if this will be offered for ALL Fitbit wearers as I have been wanting additional challenges to be added. I am bored with the same old stuff

I hope others who have discovered this new challenge will feel the same way

I also got invited to play Get Fit Bingo and loved the challenge but being from Canada I do not see it as a option for us please bring Get Fit Bingo to all of us

I also really like the get fit bingo. But cant afford the premium since I'm in school, Please make it so Everyone can start the challenge @Fitbit.com

I’m also in Canada and it stopped working when I turned a tile..I’m in 3 bingo games and it stopped counting steps etc on all of them..it sounds like it’s a program glitch but I would love for the bingo to work

the free trial bingo just went away for me.  It's now premium only.

don't know if that is the same for everyone or maybe they just give you so many trials and then it won't let you start any more??

It was FUN - I hope it comes back for everyone.

It got our groups moving more again

I LOVED Get Fit Bingo, it is an awesome way to have some fun getting moving with my friends. Would absolutely love this to be a feature for all! 🤞🤞

I was in a 30 day Bingo which just stopped updating on day 10 while the 1 day and 15 day ones continue to sync. Also think they should make it available to everyone.

Why no do a 'light' version for free users with a preset Bingo board/pattern, then offer Premium users the option of doing custom/randomised boards?

I feel like that is what Premium should aim to do: not locking features behind a pay wall but making improved versions of features available to those who want to invest.

Great idea. They could maybe have a single pattern for each of a 1, 5, 10, 15, and 30 day bingo that are available to everyone, with extra patterns for Premium. The Bingo is the one thing I have found which has me concentrating on active minutes thus getting me moving for longer bursts.

Totally  agree instructions are lacking. I rode my bike to get to my miles targets easier and those miles didn’t add in fully (is it against the rules??idk - there a basically no instructions or rules listed) It also just doesn’t explain at all how active minutes are expected to work (it deducts) when you flip one over.

I'm glad to announce that Get Fit Bingo has been released to all Premium users. If you're still not seeing Get Fit Bingo, please force quit the Fitbit app and re-open it again. Also, make sure you have the latest app version. 

If after doing the above, you're still not seeing the Challenge, attach a screenshot to your next reply.

This is what’s happening to me as well. Every other function is working except syncing the Bingo...

You didn’t respond to the issue that many users are having with bingo not syncing miles and minutes.

I think Fitbit needs to improve the programming in the game. Real disappointed.

I didnt realize I had the trial for Get Fit Bingo until late Febraury so I set the challenge for the month of March. Everything was working fine until I claimed some tiles. Now, none of my progress is syncing in Bingo even though the rest of my progress syncs regularly. Is there a fix for this?
