Get Fit Bingo trial not syncing or disappearing

I just want to point out to the Fitbit community there is a new challenge listed under Premium Challenges titled Get Fit Bingo. Currently it is a trial version.

I discovered Get Fit Bingo when one of my Fitbit friends invited me to the challenge.

I really like the format as it pushes one to complete specific goals within the game in order to win Bingo

I hope this does not end up as a Premium member only challenge meaning I have to pay $80 fee just to have this challenge added. Yes I am aware of the other Premium benefits included in this fee, but so far not impressed enough to join.

It would be nice if this will be offered for ALL Fitbit wearers as I have been wanting additional challenges to be added. I am bored with the same old stuff

I hope others who have discovered this new challenge will feel the same way

Me and my wife have been using it. I saw one issue if you close fitbit by accident while your tracking an exercise the fitbit app becomes worthless you  can’t  go into the bingo game. Nothing really works I’ve tried rebooting the phone and nothing still works.

Nice that you have rolled it out to all Premium, but would be nice if the fact that it often stops syncing - which multiple people have been reporting since February 20 - would get fixed. Has this even been reported to the programming team? Is there any idea of a potential resolution date?

I am in a bingo group challenge. My dashboard shows all my steps, minutes and miles, but they are not transferring to the challenge. I have logged out and back in; I uninstalled and reinstalled the app; still no luck with the info updating the challenge.  Anything else In can do?

My active minutes will not sync into the get fit bingo game. I’ve been at 64 minutes for days and have done at least an additional 70 minutes of exercise with not change

Same for me. My activity won’t update no matter what I do. I force quit the app, deleted the app, reinstalled it....My steps and my miles update, but not my activity minutes.

@Rosey2good Welcome to the Community.

I'm glad to hear that you liked playing Get Fit Bingo, I agree with you, I have tried it and I loved how it motivates you to move more in order to flip tiles. If you would like that this Challenge could be available for everyone in the future, you may want to post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.

Catch you later!

Hi Silvia,

I just bought Premium about an hour ago, but still nothing has changed in my Fitbit app. No additional challenges (I was looking specifically for the Get Fit Bingo), nothing. Everything looks the same way it did before I got Premium. I force quit the app and re-opened it, still nothing. I also checked for updates, but I have the latest version of the app.

Do you have a solution for this problem?

I have the same issue. I am trying a Bingo challenge for the 1st time. As soon as I started it the steps and distance synced, but the Active minutes kept showing as 1 minute.  I am very annoyed, because I had a great day and I had ~168 active minutes for the day that would have allowed me to flip a couple  active minute tiles. Now, it's day 2 - same issue- the steps and distance are synchronizing, but my active minutes are stubbornly staying at 1 minute.  I logged on the app, I forced stopped the app, stopped and enabled Bluetooth,  I even restarted my phone, nothing works. It this issue is not fixed, there's no reason to play Bingo with the 2nd highest number of tiles being impossible to play.

I am having the issue with the active minutes in bingo as well. This is a total bummer, since I upgraded for the bingo! Any eta on a fix? Don't see the point in paying for premium if its got issues that continue to be left unaddressed.

I'm having a slightly different issue. It is syncing my active minutes but it won't let me flip a tile.I show 146 minutes but it won't let me flip any of the tiles which are all 115 minutes or less.

That's the problem I'm having. My active minutes are syncing but it won't let me flip any tiles even though there's several I should be able to flip. My boyfriend is having the same issue. I noticed you posted just a few hours ago, so I'm guessing the app is glitching for everybody right now. Hope it gets fixed soon as it's very frustrating.
