Get Fit Bingo trial not syncing or disappearing

I just want to point out to the Fitbit community there is a new challenge listed under Premium Challenges titled Get Fit Bingo. Currently it is a trial version.

I discovered Get Fit Bingo when one of my Fitbit friends invited me to the challenge. 

I really like the format as it pushes one to complete specific goals within the game in order to win Bingo

I hope this does not end up as a Premium member only challenge meaning I have to pay $80 fee just to have this challenge added. Yes I am aware of the other Premium benefits included in this fee, but so far not impressed enough to join. 

It would be nice if this will be offered for ALL Fitbit wearers as I have been wanting additional challenges to be added. I am bored with the same old stuff

I hope others who have discovered this new challenge will feel the same way

Why not offer Get Fit Bingo to all Fitbit users, especially now that we are stuck at home?

You can do what I did and get the 3 month trial. I do agree it should be available to all Fitbit users, or it should at least be cheaper. Fitbit products are expensive and I've had to buy so many because they fall apart so fast. But I love the platform which is why I continue to use it. I think it would be nice if there were more challenges available to users without requiring them to pay more.

There is already a chain with regards to having at least some Bingo available to everyone. It is currently being evaluated by the development team. Search for ‘Fit Bingo for all’ and vote for it.

I keep getting these tiles that say I can swap them for whatever tiles I want, but it doesn’t seem to work. It gets hung up when I select the tile I want, and then freezes. I haven't successfully swiped any tiles and I’ve had 3 of those swap tiles flipped (so basically it failed 3 times). Help?

It seems your problem is that you misunderstand the point. You need to select 2 other tiles that you wish to swap, one in the pattern and one outside the pattern. If you are trying to swap your original tile that has been used up, and probably you are getting timed out by not selecting a second tile. Hope that solves your issue.

This does not help. The issue is that when it brings me into the screen, I am selecting the tile that I want to be used and it doesnt do anything. Its just frozen. This has happened several times, and it doesn’t let me do anything else. It is very odd and seems like a glitch.

When you get the swap screen, are you picking 2 other tiles and then clicking on the OK in the top corner?

I pick the first of the 2 and it freezes. It never lets me select a 2nd tile for the swap, or the OK button.

Bingo is all messed up for me as well. I have had about 8K steps in the last two days, but it is only showing 652. It then shows 281 active minutes and it is closer to 90. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and power cycled my Fitbit and it isn't working. That is really disconcerting. What do I need to do to fix it.

Me too, did you get any answers? Post if you do... it stalls on my steps and then doesn’t continue to record and just hangs up... I can walk a few hundred steps and get nothing, and when it finally does connect, it just takes up from where it got stuck at rather than catching up to the additional steps I did!!! So frustrating!!!

Why is my active minutes more on Bingo than is on my dashboard and the steps are also off as well?
