Get Fit Puzzle Game not showing chests for active minutes

I like the Smoothie game, but it isn't working correctly. For every 22 active minutes, the player is supposed to earn a chest with power-ups. The top drop-down menu shows that I am earning chests, but those chests never appear in the game, allowing me to claim the chest. 

I've tried logging out of both the game and Fitbit, as well as rebooting the phone, and nothing works to fix the problem.

Thanks for looking into it! Those watermelons always are hard to get into the smoothie without any power-ups.

Until they get the Fitbit puzzle smoothie game working right it should be available for free for everyone not just on premium. I honestly doubt I will renew my premium, the “premium” features I use are often buggy...like the smoothie game. It’s so darn addictive tho when you need just one more move....as much as I hate not getting my chests I can’t stop playing this really repetitive boring insanely addictive game!

You know I’ve chatted with you guys about this ‘puzzle’. No one could help, then you contacted a person more knowledgeable & they couldn’t help. I mean this game is broken & now very frustrating. I have tons of chests, but can’t get them. Oh yes one time the game have me ‘booster’ helps which just appeared. There were 3 to all of ‘boards’ as I did the game, then never appeared again. Please fix this or get rid of it..
