Hi. I using FitBit Coach everyday, but today i can't connect into service. I start application and get message "You appear to by offline. Try again." My internet connection is all right, any other apps is OK, but Coach not. 😞
Do you have any suggestion?

A warm welcome to the Community @macaxp1. Thanks for mentioning the message that you're receiving.
I would like you to log out from the app and then try once again. If you're not able to log in because of the error that you're receiving, then force quit the app.
