Getting "Error 1000" unable to purchase Premium

I continue to get the “error 1000” response. How can I sign up for the free 90 trial?

This error is possibly to your app store account details please verify that your app store account details are correct. Once you've done it, force quit the app and try again. 

 

If you're in US, UK or Canada you could also purchase your Premium subscription from the Fitbit Store
