I signed up for the premium trial, but can’t access any services. ITunes Store says I’m subscribed with renewal in 2021. I’ve logged out and force-quit the app. The app is the current version. When I tap the start premium trial dialogue, it says I’m am subscribed. Tap ok, and I get a dialogue about checking my payment details in my iTunes account and try again, error 1000. My payment info is correct.

In this case, it's recommended to verify your app store account details and check your app store account settings. After this please force quit the app and try again.
If you keep receiving the same error message, you may want to purchase your Fitbit Premium subscription through the Fitbit Store.
