I keep getting emails that Your coach just sent you a message but I can't find where I review those messages.

If you signed up for Premium + Health Coaching and complete the 3 minute survey, this could be why your Coach is sending you messages. To read and respond do the following:
On the Today tab, tap the Health Coaching tile > Message Your Coach. Read or send a message.
