Google Play store not available to use free 90 day premium trial

I have downloaded the app and every time I click on the free 90 day premium trial it says google store is not available. I know it is available because I download the app from it. Is there another way I can get my free 90 day trial?

Thank you for your message, Silvia. I can try that, however, my Fitbit Inspire 2 was supposed to come with a ONE YEAR trial subscription (see attached link). The website doesn't offer that option.

Thanks,

Kim

That cannot be the issue because I have my credit card attached and I'm still getting the same error message as everyone else

I am having the same issue!

I am not able to access premium membership as soon as I click on the icon it gives me a.Google Play Store Not available. I have contacted help and they've really been no help.

I have force stopped the app, uninstalled  the app, turned off my phone, clear caché on the Google Play Store, all my apps are updated.

Clearly this is a major issue for many and its going unsolved. We want our 1 year or 6 months FREE membership so we don't have to go on the link you've provided where we need to pay.

This issue is still ongoing!  I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.  Android version 12.  Software version G988USQU2FVF1

I would like my free trial that I was "sold" when purchasing my Fitbit Luxe recently.  I've downloaded the app but when trying to activate Premium it says "Google Playstore not available"

It is Fitbits responsibility to work with end users app access to provide this service,  seamlessly.

What is the resolution?

I had the same problem and after some assistance from our IT department found a solution.

We had to completely deactivate my work Google account and use my personal Gmail account - just making my personal account current did not work. They believe it has to do with Google not accepting corporate accounts for some payments (such as Google Wallet) but whatever it was, it was successful. Once I'd installed Fitbit Premium I reinstalled the work account and everything has been perfect since.

Hopefully you're in a similar position and this might provide a solution.

Also same problem. Galaxy S22 updates to latest versions of everything. Just received my new Inspire 3 that comes with free 6 month premium. But when I click on the Premium link, I get the error popup. Same message but in Dutch: "Google Play Store is niet beschikbaar". Fitbit needs to fix this!
