My google account is saying that linked to Google account is inactive even though the payments go through for fitbit Premium every month I tried everything fitbit said to fix the problem nothing work

Unfortunately, payment issues are not directly handled by us. Since Google manages subscriptions and renewals, I'd recommend getting in touch directly with Google Customer Support.
