Got charged but don't have Premium

You charged me through google on 18th Dec 2023 $119.99, I checked through everything, I definitely have no Fitbit premium subscription, I launched PayPal Case ID PP-R-GYV-508361026, but no help received. Please refund my money urgently - you are not providing any support when I tried to sort out this mess

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

My account shows No Active Subscription, so what do I cancel? Why you Fitbit charge me 119.99

Thanks, I contacted the US one, before even reaching anyone, the subscription line says they cannot help with any payment deducted via Google or Apple. The problem is there is no active subscription at all in my Fitbit account, what account is they(?) charge actually serve? No one takes responsibility, google, **ahem**ty PayPal, fitbit

Fitbit even does not allow user to allow post open before dispute can be resolved?! Ridiculous company

I can't get help now, either.  I was told by two separate people that they were working on my refund, but things seem to stop after every reply.
