I am charged AUD 119.99 instead of INR 999 for fitbit premium subscription and when complained to fitbit they told me to talk to Google play and when contacted Google play they said contact fitbit and gave me mail ID . When wrote mail got response that there is no email support available and advised to go for chat support. Now when contacted chat they said your case is logged and you will get response on email !!!! This is just harassing customers after charging wrongly Six times more. Shame on fitbit.
