93%! It says I can tackle today's workout 😄 Well... after 2x ibuprofen will kick in and I will stop feeling like a mop that somebody used to clean dirty floor 😄
Despite readiness, no workout for me today, maybe later easy bike ride. Today is a rest day.
It's not a comment about readiness accuracy. It's more about not following the given score blindly. Fitbit thinks I had good sleep. it was over 13 hours of sleep (in reality it was between 12-13), despite scoring as good (sleep score 84) the quality was bad (I can tell by how I feel). I will observe readiness for a couple of more days as today it may be a fluke (Fitbit doesn't know the entire context of last night, I travelled over 10 hours, got jetlagged). Just curious how it aligns with EiteHRV morning readiness (which usually is close enough but sometimes also totally wrong).

@t.parker I am moving your post to the Premium forum. It isn't Sense specific and I think the Premium forum is a better fit. User posts from other forum can get merged into one discussion.
I am trying to sort out my score, too. I have four days of data. Did you see this review by dcrainmaker? He obviously got an advanced release, so posted his two week experience. He has an error. He used it wearing a Charge 5 and commented that you can't see the Readiness on the Charge 5, like your Sleep Score, but believes it is true for all Fitbits. Not so. You can add the DRS to the Today app on the Sense and Versa 3.

@LZeeW he updated the article adding you can see Readiness on Sense and Versa 3. I need a few more days but find it ridiculously hard to wear my Sense 24/7 because of the band (it's not very breathable and irritates the skin of my wrist easily, it wasn't an issue when I wore it only when exercising, though). I will try to compare to other similar solutions like EliteHRV or BB and see how well it reflects my actual shape. I must say that I don't consider such metrics important because at the end of the day it's always better to listen to your own body but I'm curious what's DR gonna tell me. I don't think I will be posting here any detailed analysis as again, my posts will be removed for referring to other brands (which I will use for comparison of similar features) but I may post short summary.

@t.parker I'm glad he updated the review. I am the one who posted the comment pointing it out. 😉
