Guided Meditation Audios Keep Stopping

Hi All,

I signed up for Fitbit Premium several days ago, and have been trying out several features, especially the guided programs.

Whenever I try to meditate using the guided meditation “Habits for Restful Sleep” program, however, all of the audio guides automatically quit out after a minute or so of playing. This is really annoying and beats the purpose of having a guided audio meditation in the first place.

I’ve tried restarting the app, my phone, and resetting my router and internet. My internet connection is just fine according to diagnosis app I ran.

Is anybody else having this problem, and is this related to the recent iOS update by any chance?

My mindfulness audios continue to keep stopping after one minute or so. It’s very disappointing and frustrating to try to relax and then have to keep checking if it froze again. I close the app on my iPhone and reopen the app to try again. Some sessions work and others do not. Please help.

Yes it is still a problem and it has not been fixed. I have emailed Fitbit and followed all their suggestions and it still does not work.

Kind regards, Marcia.

So this issue has been around for years and Fitbit is still charging people for Premium, knowing their product is faulty.
That’s disappointing.
Looks like the solution is to cancel and go with a different product.

I’m having the same problems. This original thread is from 2019. Is your team still working on this? It’s 2022, and clearly not fixed. My meditations stop at irregular intervals, sometimes after a minute, sometimes after 12, or 15, or or or. This problem is antithetical to the purpose of meditation. I’ve completed all the recommended steps and still no luck. Very irritating.

I agree they keep stopping, I've complained about them myself before. They are not very relaxing. Best to just stopped using them
