@carolmarie Welcome back to the Community. Thanks for reporting that you're receiving this error message when trying to access Guided Programs.
I'd like you to confirm that you have the latest Fitbit app version installed, this will ensure that you receive all the updates and bug fixes.
Also, you may want to log out, force quit the app, log back in and try again.
