Has anyone else had the problem. Also at the same time my sleep stages and stress management score doesn't show. I have tried contacting Fitbit and have been told there is an issue with metrics but nothing they have shown me helps sleep stages or stress management. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

same with mine.  I saw that there was a download to update the Charge 5 watch...  I was hoping it would fix the HRV...but it took out what was left of the HRV and now the breathing rate no longer functions

I started having the same problem with sense and sense 2 about a week ago. Had to be a software issue.
