HRV and breathing rate graphs aren't showing data

For the last two days, some of my charts (e.g. HRV, breathing rate) show No Data, yet other charts (e.g. sleep, skin temp) are fine. What is the problem?

My Fitbit app isn’t updating HRV or breathing stats and oxygen data but is updating overnight skin temperature and resting heart rate. I’m on an iPhone. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm having the exact same problem on an android phone. I've tried various fixes suggested on here such as clearing the cache, force stopping the app, updating the app, restarting my phone & device, but still no data for breathing rate or HRV from the last 2 days.

Same here for the last two days...there was an update and wondering if the update wiped them out.

Three days now.

Got a response from Fitbit: "Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible."

it is happening to me too

Thanks for the update... At least we know it's an issue they're working on now. Fingers crossed they can sort it soon!

Happening to me as well.  iPhone.  Started three days ago.  Today, it stopped tracking my sleep other than the amount of time sleeping.  No data on REM/Deep sleep, restorative sleep, etc.  Might they be connected, since they are measuring similar things?  What's up.

Exactly the same. Only some data showing. Hopefully they’ll figure it out
soon, especially when we pay for premium.

Same here on Android...didnt track sleep last night, only time slept but no specifics. Hopefully they'll straighten it out soon along with the no data issue 🤷‍:female_sign:

Same problem here, 3 days now. But last night, I didn't get a sleep score for 7 hours of sleep. I wonder if that is related to the other problem?

Yep...exactly the same.  It seems like they are related since they measure similar things.  Fitbit posted on their site earlier today that they were aware of the Health Metrics issue and working on it.  Maybe tomorrow it will be back.  I guess we'll find out.

I'm having the same issue. I did chat with support and they said they were aware...I have seen many users with the same issue. IOS and Android. Hoping it gets fixed soon.

The analysis today worked - there is a point for today on my HRV and breathing rate charts - but the data points from the last three days are all still missing. Looks like we're not going to get them.

Good to see they fixed it...wish the numbers from the last few days showed up but still glad it's working again. 👍
