Has anyone else found Fitbit to be completely unwilling to address questions regarding premium billi

Wondering if anyone else is geting a run around between Fitbit and goggle play? Is there anyway to keep them from billing Me next year?

@SunsetRunner I'm not insulting you. If the issue is indeed in PlayStore app you may need somebody to take a look physically into it. Your PlayStore looks different from mine so I am unable to help. Sorry. I'm not customer support but user like you. Got my watch from Amazon (I never buy from Fitbit) and subscribed from app which created subscription in the PlayStore. If I try to subscribe (I cancelled my subscription) it still directs me to PlayStore payment:

Not sure what your process then was 🤷‍ so here's where my help ends because I ran out of ideas. Sorry.

Sorry, I have been trying to address this for a week. I thought you were with support. Maybe I don't have a subscription any more since it doesn't show one. Thanks for your help.

Out of curiosity, where does your bank show the funds are being taken out by? Maybe that will help direct you to who you need to contact. You could always ask your bank to stop them since you can't figure who is collecting to cancel it. I had an issue like this and my bank shut it off for me.
