Haven't been prompted to start Premium trial

I bought a new Versa 4, which said it came with a free 6 month premium subscription. So I cancelled my previous subscription which I was paying for with my old fitbit. However, I cannot find any way to activate my 6 month subscription - I only see options to pay for it. I got it for Christmas so obviously should still have access to the 6 month premium subscription. Any advice? Thanks!
