I purchased a new Charge 6 on July 22, 2024 from Amazon. It was advertised to include a free 6 month Premium subscription. I am still waiting for the subscription. I have a present subscription which I paid for.previously. The subscription information that I have shows only the expiration of my current subscription.
I have tried contacting Fitbit/Google and so far have heard nothing from them. Has anyone else had this problem? It's now 6 weeks since I received my Charge 6 which is working fine. I keep checking to see if my Premium subscription has been added to my account. It happened about the same time that I finally gave up and switched to Google rather than stay with FitBit.
I will not renew my Premium in January of 2025 if I I do not get the promoted 6 month subscription. Thanks for your comments and suggestions!!

Hi @Mau_Dow the free premium isn't added on to your current one, but can only be added once your current one has been cancelled. Someone might have more information to share with you,
