Did you mean:

Having all the favorites available in Premium, no matter the language

Hello,

I need to have all my favorites fitbit premium content in the same place no matter their langage.

I’m tired of the back and force.

For example there is no real fitness content in the french version (a few workout only and no recipes either) so when hit the favorite button in the english content and I want to have access to my favorites english speaking workout for exemple, I have to switch the langage in the iphone settings.

Then if I want to meditate in French as it’s my first langage, I need to go back and switch it up again which is not practical, time consuming and demotivating.

I would like to have all my fav in the same place whatever their langage is.

The actual procedure is a bit tiring, infantilising which is a bad point in term of user experience.

I just want to have access to all the premium content in the same place and not having my favorites workouts disappearing when I switch back to french.

Thanx

You know @SilviaFitbit things wouldn't be so difficult if Fitbit implemented the possibility to switch language in the app only as requested since many years (see this feature suggestion). Unfortunately switching the language of the entire phone is not as practical as maybe can sound to you.

@Mujin Hi there.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and comments, we're always striving to improve our services offered. I see where you're coming from. Be sure that your comments won't be unnoticed as features are implemented and improved based on user's feedback.

In the meantime, as a workaround, try switching to English as all the content is available in this language.

See you around.

Absolutely !

As I said the back and force is irritating I don’t want to switch the langage in the iphone settings I want to be able to quickly change it WITHIN the app and/or have all my favorites content available no matter the langage settings.

When fitbit is in french my favs (mostly in english) are not available.

I have to switch it up each time depending of what I’m looking for.

Being able to have all your curated content available is basic user experience.

I have a similar issue. I have my phone in French to help me learn the language, and I really enjoy the French meditation content in Fitbit Premium. But I'm missing a ton of features. I don't understand why the missing features can't just be shown in English when the app is in French, since half of the app is in English already anyway.

Yeah this is sooooo frustrating at this point, I feel you.
The english has way more features it’s absolutely amazing but I’d rather
meditate in french as it’s my native langage.
