Heads up - Zero tolerance on annual renewal cancellation

Premium through Google Play got renewed this afternoon and I no longer want the service. Figured would be a quick resolution through their chatbot, but nope bot shut me down and laughibly reminded me to read the terms of service. No response from their twitter bot. I liked the premium service just have stopped wearing the watch, would have considered rejoining in the future... good luck with that now FitBit.
