I've read https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2454.htm, as suggested in other posts, but unfortunately, I don't think it addresses my particular case. In the "How do I sign up for health coaching?" section, it describes some methods to sign up, but none are what I did. What I did was go to Subscriptions in my iPhone settings and change it from Premium to Premium + Coaching. My credit card was charged the updated amount, so I expected to see the feature enabled in the FitBit app, but I don't see it anywhere. The only place I see Health Coaching is on the Discover screen, but the only option is to "Work 1:1: with a personal coach" and when I click that it says "You're already a Premium member. Welcome back!" and takes me back to the home screen. I don't see any tiles on the home screen for health coaching or a personal assessment. I tried restoring purchases as well but that didn't do anything to help as far as I can tell.
Please advise. Thanks!

@BittyBit Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the research and troubleshooting done prior to posting.
I appreciate the detailed information shared. After you've signed up for Fitbit Premium + Health Coaching, you should complete the short survey by doing the following:
- On the Today tab
- Tap Health Coaching: Get Started
- Complete the survey
If this option isn't showing up for you, try logging out from your app, force quit it, then log back in and follow the steps mentioned above.
Hope this helps.

Hi @SilviaFitbit, thank you for the suggestions. Unfortunately, I do not see Health Coaching on the Today tab, and logging out and force quitting the app and logging back in did not work either.
Please advise. Thanks!
