When I go to my health metrics, I get a request to agree and in the agreement it mentions “premium subscription”. Health Metrics has always been free, at least the sections of it that’s mentioned in the subject agreement, like skin temp, O2, etc. Are you asking to agree to additional cost for the past items that were available in the health metrics.section without charge ?

But they haven't been fixed a beta tester posted yesterday to say the minor fixes wouldn't fix the current issues it was minor backend fixes and not the current issues everyone is experiencing. Why so many lies no one seems to know anything and no official update, even support haven't a clue what you are saying (currently chatting to them now) and 3.6 android will be the earliest the issues will be worked on.

And now health metrics are back. Not feeling very confident about the reliability, though! Not a good feeling to see sever error again!
