Heart rate on Fitbit premium workout

Hi there, I've just got a new subscription with the pixel watch 2 however when I try and use a Fitbit premium workout I'm not having the active zone minutes, calories or heart rate show up in the app. 

 

I saw the following in a Video with the metrics, how do I get that to show?
