I use my Charge 5 to monitor cardio workouts. For the past 4 days, no data is displaying in the App on my phone. All other data (steps,sleep, etc.) are transferring okay. But the heart rate is not.
One thing I've noticed that is different: when I "swipe down" on my phone to Sync, it now says "gathering your data" rather than "Syncing your charge 5."
Suggestions? I have restarted my Fitbit. If I delete and reinstall the App, I will lose all the history, correct?

@ozziemarie if you delete and reinstall the app, you won't lose your entire history, but you will lose everything since the last time you synced. So, if you're going to reinstall the app, be sure to sync your Fitbit before you do that.
There are some other things you might want to try first. One thing that has worked for me is to turn off Bluetooth on my phone, restart my phone, and then turn Bluetooth back on. Then try syncing again.
Also, are you using the most recent version of the Fitbit app? There have been a lot of updates recently.
