Well I would send a screen shot if I could get it attached to this. Basically where your screenshot says "Please select a plan to start your 90-day trial" mine says "Please select a plan to start your 7 day trial"

I have the exact same screenshot. My wife has the 90 day screen. Neither of us ever tried premium before. I'd like to try the 90 days. Why are they different? Thanks!

I signed up for the free trial but it still only shows a 7 day trial, not 90 days.

I came on here to voice the same concern. I've been a Fitbit user for 3 years. Tried premium when it came out them canceled months ago. I was looking for the sp02 feature. Now I cannot get the 90 day free.

Really wish you would give me instructions on sending my screen shot. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it still says "Here's a free week of Fitbit Premium, from us to you. Prices are now 20% off - automatically applied below." and then has "Start your free 7 day trial. And I've NEVER used Premium before. Getting pretty frusterating!

This is clearly PR to get new customers not help out your loyal customers that you should care about. I did free 1week trial when it came out so now can't get 3months free! What a joke! You should offer this to all customers, not only those who go out and buy a new fitbit!

You are not the only one! The same thing happens to me!

Just now when I opened my fitbit app the banner at the top was about the 90 day free trial. I thought maybe they had fixed "one week free trial" issue. Alas when I tapped on the "Get Started" button it took me to the same one week free trial as before. Frustrating.

Hi all! Just checking in here.
I appreciate those who have taken the time to let us know about the differing trial durations that you are seeing. Rest assured, our team is aware and currently investigating why some of you are only seeing a 7-day free trial rather than 90.
I will be sure to keep you all updated as I receive more information on this matter.
@rachelmeaton @Samtango71 I just wanted to thank you for your feedback. Though the new 90-day Premium trial is not available for those who have already completed a 7-day free trial, I want to let you know that your feedback has been heard and forwarded to the appropriate teams.
For anyone who still has questions about what Fitbit Premium has to offer, I recommend checking out our Fitbit Premium Guide. Hope this helps!

Hi, when I check my subscriptions in the App Store it still shows Fitbit Premium expiring after 7 days. Should I assume it’ll run for 90 days? Where else would I find the information about the trial, within the Fitbit app? Thanks

I signed up for the premium, not knowing that of you had a previous trial, you are not eligible. It charged my card and still showing that I am try premium. At this point, I would like to cancel my "trial" that I am paying for.
