I am considering buying the Fitbit Luxe and want to know how to access the 6 mth trial that is included with the purchase while I am currently on the 3 month free trial offered to everyone (2 wks into it). Do I need to cancel the current trial? Will that then prevent me from accessing the 6mths if they think I have been a “member” before? Thanks

You need to cancel the current Premium trial before starting another. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you can set up your new Luxe in order to see you’ll see an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the new trial. Make sure you've canceled your Fitbit Premium subscription before trying the new one, see How do I manage or cancel my Fitbit Premium subscription?
