Hello,
I activated my free week trial when it was first offered about 2 weeks ago and allowed the auto renewal to activate. Since then I decided to get a Versa 2 Special Edition that comes with 3 months free Premium which was delivered today. How do I activate the free months that I get with this purchase?

What about me? No one escalated me to the support team for the same exact issue not gave me an actual helpful reply to the post. They replied about the wrong thing then did t address my reply telling them their advice did nothing to solve the issue

I contacted customer service and I was told that I didn't have no premium included for the 3 months and I can't find the information that it says 3 months of premium included.

If you buy Fitbit Versa 2 Special Edition, it will include the 3 months Premium Subscription. However, if you have a Fitbit Versa 2 it won't come with the 3 Months Premium Subscription. If you have any questions about it, please reply back to the case that you already have.

My husband bought me a versa 2 as a gift and it came with a 3-month free fitbit premium membership. I could not activate it, it only gave me the option for 1 week trial. After reviewing the messages on this forum, I have decided to wait until the 1 week trial is over. But it has charged me the full price after the end of trial period instead of giving m an option for 3-month free membership. I would appreciate if you could advise or let me know who would be best person to resolve this issue.

They won't honor what they advertise, they did it to me and refused to give me the free 3 months of premium. When I complained about it, they deleted all my posts because they don't care at all. The special edition costs more and that's why it has the "free" 3 months, which is really not free.

said my fitbit is a versa 2, not special edition which I understand. But
they granted an “add on” 3 month free membership for an unknown reason, it
is included in the order. And they said that the 3 month membership is for
the email address under which the order is placed. My husband bought a
versa 2 for me as a Valentine’s day gift and as anyone can expect, he put
his own email address to get updates about his purchase. Besides he has an
annual fitbit premium Membership that he paid. Why would he need another 3
month free membership? He would have put my email address if it was implied
on the website. The logical thing would be that the membership is attached
to the Versa2, not the email address, because one could purchase gifts to
other people. But Fitbit team does not seem to entertain that possibility
for some reason. Anyways, I cancelled my subscription already... I don’t
want it anymore. Just recommendations for the other people who may read
this, just make sure that you put the same email address on the order with
the one that you are planning to associate your Versa 2.

I have the same problem.
I bought a Versa 2 SE, but the 3 month premium does not show up. I was still on the 3 month trial offered during COVID, but that expired a week after I purchased the Versa 2 SE.
How do I go about activating the 3 month trial that comes with the Versa 2 SE?
