How do I cancel my Premium after 6 month free trial?

Depends where you sign for Premium?
- If via Fitbit App - Google Play Store or Apple App Store - cancel there.
- If from their page (fitbit.com) or then you bought new device with Premium Trial - cancel is from website:
https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/account/subscriptions

Andrea tried to contact support chat to cancel trial subscription would not work. Trying so hard to cancel premium trial subscription in the next day  went down several paths logging in getting to manage subscription but didn’t show any. Didn’t even realize I had it! Can you help me, please .
