How do I get the 6 month premium trial with Fitbit Sense?

I received a Fitbit Sense for my birthday. The friend who gave it to me purchased it under her Fitbit account and it appears the 6 month trial is showing up for her. How do we transfer the trial to me?

It's great to hear that you received a Fitbit Sense as a gift for your birthday. The 6 month trial will activate as soon as your Fitbit Sense is set up in your account. Can you confirm that it's already paired in your Fitbit account?

You are correct, once I completed the setup of the Sense, it identified I was entitled to the trial and I've started the trial. Thank you for your reply. Sorry for jumping the gun with the question prior to completing setup.
