How do I remove my credit card info out of my profile?

Can someone share how to remove your credit card info out of your profile entirely?

Thanks for getting back to us @AshleyC2 and for the heads up @Odyssey13. Thank you for sharing your credit card info inquiry.

 

As @Odyssey13 mentioned, your credit card information is not on your profile. 

 

To cancel your subscription in the Fitbit app:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     
     
     your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Account Settings 
     
     Manage Subscriptions. Your active subscriptions open in your phone’s app store.
  3. Tap your Fitbit Premium subscription 
     
     Cancel Subscription. Note that you won't see this option if you already canceled your subscription. Your subscription expires at the end of your current monthly or yearly subscription term.

Note: If you purchased your subscription in the Google Play Store using PayPal, but you don’t see your subscription listed, cancel your subscription from your PayPal account. For more information, visit the PayPal help site.

 

If you purchased a Fitbit Premium subscription in your phone’s app store, but you don’t see your subscription in the Fitbit app, restore your purchase.
