I would like to save my conversation with my fitness coach who has been guiding me for a year, but I can't find out how to save my conversation with lots of helpful advice for me to reflect on in the future, Does anyone have any ideas besides the long drawn out process of taking a lot of screenshots of my conversation.  Thank you.  Michelle
